Martha Hendrick
Principal Broker/Owner
CRS, CRP, ABR, CPC
“It was imperative that I acquire the proper knowledge and expertise to successfully make the transition from teaching to real estate. My attitude and determination of perfecting the necessary presentation skills did not begin as a system. I simply thought about what I would want as a consumer, and how would I like the information presented. I use this same philosophy to ensure my buyers and sellers have a logical plan to accomplish their real estate goals. Thus, the birth and ‘secrets’ of Martha’s marketing plan evolved and now it comes naturally for me. Perfect practice makes perfect performance!”
As an agent, team leader and broker/owner, Martha Hendrick has closed more than 1,420 transactions valued at more than $440 million in current dollars.
